If all you need is a simple “electronic brochure” to tell your audience who and where you are, your hours, and how to contact you then a new site design could be as little as $385 for a unique, lightly customized WordPress web site. You’ll get personal instruction on maintenance of your site. If you can modify a Microsoft Word document you’re automatically qualified to update your site.*
You’ll get the latest full version of WordPress with a choice of standard theme overlays you can customize further, plus a variety of useful plugins you can download and install.
Expected cost: 385
Ongoing costs: Web hosting, 25/quarter, plus a domain name at 12/year. Turnaround time: One or two daysPrices for further development depends on the amount of creative and technical work needed, i.e. copy writing, photography, graphics, and then the coding, research, installations, set-up and training needed.

Plugins give your site added features and value to both you and your visitors. This price assumes you have your graphic design artwork/photos and content ready, or an existing site to be ported into modern WordPress. [WordPress is regularly updated for security and performance.]
Ongoing costs: Web hosting, 25/quarter, plus a domain name at 12/year. Turnaround time: One week
Full Customization with Marketing
Expected average cost: 2500 – 4500: Full service customized web design and development with marketing and advertising set-up. Plus help guiding your overall marketing. Emphasis on the most cost effective marketing channels.
Ongoing costs: Web hosting, 25/quarter, plus a domain name at 12/year. If you start having one of the best problems possible, that is, “too many” web visitors, then the web hosting fee may increase slightly.
Flexible payment terms
We cater to small and medium businesses and entrepreneurs, so on bigger projects I can usually work with you on payments. Credit cards accepted.
Flat Rate Project Fee
Let’s work together on a flat fee basis rather than an hourly rate. You benefit at least two ways:

Alternative consulting fees
Sometimes business people need quick help with small internet problems that I can solve in mere minutes. Call me and I’ll slay the dragon. You can pay me for just part of an hour and do it over the web with a credit or debit card.
